Powered by four marine diesel generators, coupled to alternators and to electric motors linked to a power management system in conjunction with the latest battery technology, the power runs the hotel load and propulsion to two azipod drives offering diesel and electric drive.

The modern propulsion solution allows for a industry shift in the engine room space and layout configuration and positioning which has enabled the designers to optimise the hull space to greater scope and use for guest comfort and use of space.
